1. Publisher

The emprynt.ca website is published by EMPRYNT, a digital marketing agency based in Montreal, Quebec. Publication manager: Cheick Dosso, President. Contact: contact@emprynt.ca.

Hosting: WordPress.com (Automattic Inc.).

The only official website of EMPRYNT, the Montreal agency, is emprynt.ca. EMPRYNT is not affiliated with emprynt.com, Brand ENSPYR, LLC, or any other business using a similar name.

2. Intellectual property

All content on this site is the exclusive property of EMPRYNT and is protected by Canada’s Copyright Act and international treaties. This includes:

• texts, headings, slogans and wording (including “Be the answer.”), in French and English;
• page structure, layout, design, colours and typography;
• the EMPRYNT name, the “emprynt.” logo, the “e.” icon and every distinctive brand element;
• interactive tools, including the 30-second test and the cost-of-invisibility calculator;
• the methods and programs presented, including the 90-day plan and the clinic program;
• the site’s source code, images and structured data.

Any reproduction, adaptation, translation, distribution or reuse, in whole or in part, without EMPRYNT’s prior written permission is prohibited. This includes using an artificial intelligence tool to rewrite the content and republish it as your own.

3. What is allowed

• Quoting a short excerpt, with the credit “Source: EMPRYNT” and a link to the original page.
• Sharing a page link on social media or by email.
• Browsing the site and using the 30-second test for your own business.

4. Trademarks

EMPRYNT and the “emprynt.” logo are trademarks of EMPRYNT. Using them, or any name or logo likely to cause confusion, is prohibited without permission.

5. Report a copy

Spotted a copy of our content or our brand? Email contact@emprynt.ca with the address of the page in question. We have copied content removed through its authors, hosts and platforms, and we reserve all remedies available under the law.

6. Liability

The information on this site is provided for general purposes. Results depend on each business and its market; they are not a guarantee. EMPRYNT is not responsible for the content of external sites linked from this site.

7. Personal information

How we handle your personal information is described in our privacy policy.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute falls under the courts of the judicial district of Montreal.
